Deine Aufgaben
Create and maintain dashboards and related KPIs, own the data pipeline full stack and work on data quality observability to ensure a reliable reporting infrastructure
Work with stakeholders to not only understand the processes that generate data but serve as a sparring partner to design them with data analytics in mind
Manage the lifecycle of all data products in our visualization tool Metabase, including decommissioning unused dashboards
You do not only provide necessary insights but proactively drive processes to rely on data.
Ensure the Metabase and Hubspot reporting structure is organized and easy to navigate.
Take responsibility for the correctness of data, regardless of the origin of any issues.
Be a key resource for team members to improve their ability to read and interpret data effectively.
Dein Profil
You have extensive experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, maintaining dashboards and KPIs (5+ years of experience).
You have advanced proficiency in managing data products in Metabase or similar platforms.
You consider yourself a full stack analyst with experience in data integration and modeling
Experience with dbt for data modeling is a strong plus
You have a strong understanding of data lifecycle management, including cleaning up and decommissioning unused assets.
You have analytical skills and pay attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to support crew leads and team members in understanding and using data.
You have the ability to combine technical data expertise with domain-specific knowledge.
You are fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required).

Your mission
Maintain and ensure the quality of your crew’s L2 dashboards and related KPIs, ensuring alignment with contract compliance and minimizing incidents.
Manage the lifecycle of all data products in Metabase, including decommissioning unused dashboards, aiming for less than 5% unused dashboards weekly.
Increase the weekly usage of Metabase to 80% within your crew.
Prepare deep dives together with crew leads and ensure they use the forecasting product as the primary source of truth, achieving high CSAT scores for data insights.
Help crew leads forecast accurately in 90% of cases.
Ensure the Metabase structure is organized and easy to navigate.
