Mit einer Finanzierung von 35 Mio. Euro von erstklassigen Investoren wie COATUE, Foundamental & Target Global arbeiten wir für eine Zukunft, in der klimaneutrale Gebäude - einfach & schnell - Realität werden. Bei Enter, aggregieren und analysieren wir relevante Gebäudedaten, damit Hausbesitzende ihre Energiekosten nachhaltig senken und den Wert ihrer Immobilie steigern können.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt bei der Ausarbeitung und Priorisierung strategischer Initiativen im Bereich Marketing, Funnel & Kundenverständnis.
  • Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse, Touchpoints und leistest Beiträge zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Wertversprechens.
  • Du begleitest die Kommunikation rund um neue Produkte, Features und Kampagnen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Pitch-Präsentationen, Reportings & Wettbewerbsanalysen.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in unser internes Testing & Learning Framework ein – von Hypothesenentwicklung über MVP-Tests bis zur Validierung.
  • Du arbeitest an bereichsübergreifenden Wachstumsinitiativen mit – z. B. zur Positionierung neuer Maßnahmen wie Wärmepumpe, Fenster & Dämmung.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder laufendes Master-Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang an einer renommierten Universität.
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung in VCs, Startups, oder in einer Top-Tier Strategie Beratung sammeln.
  • Du hast ein gutes analytisches Verständnis und Interesse an strategischen Themen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und hast ein Gespür für gute Kommunikation.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Englisch.

As an integral part of our Strategy & Growth team, you will contribute to the development of new business areas and keep Enter on a strong growth trajectory!
Your mission
  • You work together with the Director of Strategy & Growth on strategy relevant topics, such as the identification of exciting business models and the optimization of internal processes
  • You conduct basic research on new verticals and quickly formulate initial working hypotheses
  • You translate your concepts into practice and carry out pragmatic tests and develop MVPs to validate your hypotheses
  • You independently carry out analyses of our most important business processes and develop your own optimization approaches
  • You present your results independently, directly to the leadership team
Your profile
  • You have a very good Master's degree in economics or a comparable degree program at a renowned university.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in VCs, green-tech startups or in a top-tier strategy consultancy.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with complex, conceptual topics and approach problems hypothesis-driven
  • You enjoy working in a fast-changing business environment, taking responsibility and wanting to continuously improve processes
  • You have very good self-organization and sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • You have very good language skills in German and English.
