Deine Aufgaben
  • Du treibst Go-to-Market- und Growth-Initiativen in einem schnell wachsenden Start-up voran.
  • Du wirkst mit an Sales- und Business-Development-Projekten mit echtem Impact und direktem Einfluss auf unser Wachstum.
  • Du erhältst strategische Einblicke in die Vertikalisierung und Skalierung unseres Geschäfts und arbeitest eng mit dem Leadership-Team zusammen.
Dein Profil
  • Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Leistungen an einer führenden Universität in einem relevanten Fachbereich (z. B. Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Ingenieurwesen o. Ä.) nachweisen.
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung aus Praktika oder Werkstudenten-Stellen in einem dynamischen, leistungsorientierten Umfeld mit, etwa in einem High-Growth-Start-up, im VC-Umfeld, in der Strategieberatung, im Private Equity oder im Investment Banking.
  • Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten, hast ein Talent für Datenanalysen und entwickelst fundierte strategische Empfehlungen.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, bist motiviert, ein Venture aktiv mit aufzubauen, und interessierst dich für kommerzielle Themen wie Sales, Growth und Go-to-Market.
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und verständlich gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern präsentieren.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.

23 million properties nationwide are in a poor state of energy efficiency. As a result, 70 million tons of CO2 are emitted too much every year. This must change so that we can achieve the energy transition!
From automated current-state analysis to financing & subsidies, we are the first point of contact to help homeowners decarbonize their homes.
Your mission
  • You work together with the Director of Strategy & Growth on strategy relevant topics, such as the identification of exciting business models and the optimization of internal processes
  • You conduct basic research on new verticals and quickly formulate initial working hypotheses
  • You translate your concepts into practice and carry out pragmatic tests and develop MVPs to validate your hypotheses
  • You independently carry out analyses of our most important business processes and develop your own optimization approaches
  • You present your results independently, directly to the leadership team
Your profile
  • You have a very good Master's degree in economics or a comparable degree program at a renowned university.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in VCs, green-tech startups or in a top-tier strategy consultancy.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with complex, conceptual topics and approach problems hypothesis-driven
  • You enjoy working in a fast-changing business environment, taking responsibility and wanting to continuously improve processes
  • You have very good self-organization and sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • You have very good language skills in German and English.
