Deine Aufgaben

Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 Cloud-Diensten: Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst die Administration und Optimierung von MS365-Diensten, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Office 365, zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Nutzung durch das Unternehmen.
Client-Support: Du bist verantwortlich für die Konfiguration, Aktualisierung und Fehlerbehebung von Windows- und Apple-Client-Systemen, um eine optimale Arbeitsumgebung für alle Nutzer zu gewährleisten.
Tickets und Dokumentation: Du bist für die Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Problemen über unser Ticket-System zuständig, inklusive der detaillierten Dokumentation von Lösungswegen und Prozessen.
Umfassende Unterstützung im First- und Second-Level-Support: Als erste Anlaufstelle für technische Anfragen bietest Du professionelle Unterstützung bei Hardware-, Software- und Bedienungsproblemen, sowohl remote als auch persönlich.
Ticket-Management: Du erkennst kritische Support-Anfragen, priorisierst diese entsprechend und leitest sie gegebenenfalls an höhere Support-Level weiter.
Technikereinsätze koordinieren: Organisiere die Einsätze unseres Technikerteams zur Behebung von Störungen direkt am Arbeitsplatz.

Dein Profil

Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration abgeschlossen oder bist Quereinsteiger mit mindestens 2-3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich.
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wartung und im Betrieb von Netzwerken, einschließlich LAN, WLAN und VPN.
Du bringst Vorkenntnisse in der Verwaltung sowohl lokaler als auch cloudbasierter Systeme mit.
Sie haben Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern und Client-Umgebungen sowie mit der Verwaltung von Microsoft 365, Azure und MDM.
Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, um sowohl im nationalen als auch im internationalen Umfeld kommunizieren zu können.

Your mission

Management of Microsoft 365 cloud services: Your responsibilities include the administration and optimization of MS365 services, with a focus on Office 365, to ensure smooth usage by the business.
Client support: You will be responsible for configuring, updating and troubleshooting Windows and Apple client systems to ensure an optimal working environment for all users.
Tickets and documentation: You will be responsible for managing and processing requests and problems via our ticket system, including the detailed documentation of solutions and processes.
Comprehensive first and second level support: As the first point of contact for technical inquiries, you will provide professional support for hardware, software and operating problems, both remotely and in person.
Ticket management: You identify critical support requests, prioritize them accordingly and forward them to higher support levels if necessary.
Coordinate technician deployments: Organize the deployments of our technician team to rectify faults directly at the workplace.

Your profile

You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or are a career changer with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
You have sound knowledge in the maintenance and operation of networks, including LAN, WLAN and VPN.
You have previous experience in the administration of both local and cloud-based systems.
You have experience with Windows servers and client environments, as well as the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, and MDM.
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English to be able to communicate both in a national and international environment.
