Your mission

Drive and implement key strategic projects with high business impact.
Analyze markets and identify emerging trends.
Build out your own business vertical and team.
Shape and scale our business model with fresh ideas and clear execution.
Build, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships end-to-end.
Work closely with our BI team to define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure progress.
Collaborate directly with our founders and leadership team on high-level initiatives.

Your profile

Degree from a top university or equivalent proven track record.
Several years of experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth startups.
A hands-on problem solver with a relentless drive to get things done.
Fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces iteration.
Strong team player who can also work independently.
Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills.
